We, Al Hajjaj Pest Control Services, Dubai have been doing this treatment for more than two decades. We have a track record of excellence in this field. Our major clients includes Dubai Municipality, DEWA, major construction companies in dubai and other emirates of U.A.E we have done anti termite treatments for the buildings, villas, heritages houses etc.
We undertake anti termite treatments for pre construction and post construction works:-
- Pre construction treatment This treatment is made during all the phases of construction of a building up to when the concrete slab is poured. This method is to provide termite proofing by establishing an unbroken chemical barrier vertically & horizontally between the wood in the Structure & the termite colonies in the soil
- Post construction treatment: This treatment is made to constructed buildings already having termite infestation. The treatment Is carried out by injecting the chemical emulsion through the holes drilled in the ground slabs.
We usually provide 15 years of warranty for pre construction termite treatments and 10 years of warranty for the post construction treatments We use termiticides of “WHO” class of formulated products approved by Dubai Municipality and U.A.E Ministry of agriculture, having low toxicity to mammals and no effects on micro fauna.
