Pre-construction treatment

This treatment is made during all the phases of construction of a building up to when the concrete slab is poured. This method is to provide termite proofing by establishing an unbroken chemical barrier vertically & horizontally between the wood in the structure and the termite colonies in the soil.

Post-construction treatment.

This treatment is made to constructed buildings already
having termite infestation. The treatment is carried out by injecting the chemical emulsion through the holes drilled in the ground slabs. We usually provide ten years of warranties for pre-construction termite treatments and five years of warrantee for the post construction treatments. We use termiticides of “WHO” class of formulated products approved by Dubai Municipality and U.A.E Ministry of Climate Change & Environment, having low toxicity to mammals and no effects on micro fauna
